Wanna dine with Kenny Rampton and Clint Holmes in the VIP Lounge? We've arranged full service AYCE&D dining and each ticket includes a free ticket to our Pre-CD Release Concert which will be a few nights later on Friday Aug. 12 at Starbright Theater, featuring Kenny Rampton, Clint Holmes, and the JOI Jazz Orchestra big band!
All diners will enjoy Kenny on trumpet, Clint, Naomi Mauro, and students from our Las Vegas Youth Jazz Orchestra. The JOI Quartet will also perform throughout the evening featuring Patrick Hogan (piano) David Ostrem (bass), Paul Ringenbach (drums), and Joe Lano (guitar). Expect more surprises... maybe Gio Mauro will treat us to some great vocals!
We'll also feature Jimmy Tripi who will bring some authentic Italian instruments as he performs solo acoustic versions of some of his favorite songs from Sicily, Calabria, and Salento. Jimmy's family came to America from Palermo, Sicily in 1898 and his musical roots are deeply embedded in the Italian culture!
