Patty Coaley
Dr. Patty Coaley is an Assistant Professor in Residence at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she teaches and researches leadership and organizational behavior in the hospitality industry. With over two decades of professional experience in marketing, special events, and human resources, including executive roles at MGM Resorts International and Excalibur Hotel & Casino, Dr. Coaley brings practical insights into her work in higher education.
She holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University and has published research on employer branding in the Las Vegas hospitality industry. Dr. Coaley is also an experienced conference speaker and facilitator, having delivered training and presentations for a variety of professional audiences. As a board member for the Jazz Outreach Initiative in Las Vegas, she combines her passion for education and the arts to support programs that enrich the local community.
