The city’s most exciting big band, the JOI JAZZ ORCHESTRA, swings back to Starbright Theater with a rarely performed suite composed by DUKE ELLINGTON! Jazz Outreach Initiative presents “SUCH SWEET THUNDER!” This big band masterpiece is a 12-movement suite based on the works of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE.
